Scan to cook microwave

I tried the scan to cook yet or the convection but I love the microwave! I looks fantastic above my cooktop stove. It was easy to download the program to my phone and I absolutely love the texts to let me know when it is done. I am looking forward to using the other features as soon as I get a little time to try them.

We bought this microwave a couple of months ago. It works good like a microwave. I do not know thow the convention oven works cause it did not give me very much info in the information booklet. I do not like the black front, I thought I had ordered all white, cause every time you touch the screen to choose the cooking times, choices etc. fingerprints are all over the front of it.

This is a very large and very versatile oven device. All functions are easy to use and predictable. Only problem we've had is an error code "F2E1, KEYBOARD". Easily fixed by unplugging for a few minutes the plug back in. We are really happy with our purchase.

Beautiful microwave

This unit replaced the previous Whirlpool microwave we had over the stove because the front panel/handle was cracking. This one has the convection oven included. It is a beautiful oven and I'm very happy with the design. Sadly, I cannot seem to get the unit connected to wifi using any of the methods I've researched. I've eliminated the chance that my Galaxy S9 is the problem. Several family members have tried to connect the unit to our wifi, but no luck.

I've used this for above 2 weeks and very impressed. The convection part doesn't work any faster than any other oven but does cook as well as any oven. Cooks even and thoroughly. Love it! Operating takes a while to learn but now getting it figured out now.

Extremely quiet

I purchased this microwave about 3 weeks ago. It is extremely quiet. So far I have yet to find anything I can scan to cook. Not really sure I know what it means. It notifies me every time someone else cooks in the microwave and it is completed. Not sure I like that. I am about to have it in operation for Thanksgiving Dinner and will know more about what I think about it after the holidays. I think it cost too much but that is just my opinion.

Nothing is simple

There are simply too many bells and whistles. Most things take at least two to three steps. Setting something like temperature and time is not very intuitive. Sometimes too much technology is not a good thing.

I have had this microwave for more than 1 month now. It is much larger than the replaced one. Complaints about user interface, not backlit until you actually press a button... would like it to backlight when I try to push a button ? cant find the light button unless I turn the lights on in the kitchen, then, I don't need the light anymore. Controls also leave fingerprints that don't wipe away easily, am a little concerned about how it will look in a year or two. Overall, very happy with Microwave, used as an oven for some appetizers (true convection), soften ice cream for the kids...

Very nice Microwave

Our old over-the-range microwave died after 15 years. We ordered the Whirlpool microwave to replace it. We had to order it and it took three weeks to arrive. Evidently white is not a very popular color right now. It installed fairly easily. We were not able to test the unit in the store so we were not sure how to work the touch buttons. Some of the controls are "hidden" but light up at the right time. The unit cooks quickly. The convection feature works well, too. The turntable sticks up higher than our old unit, but works fine. The fan is much better than our previous unit (4 speed). The unit is also much quieter than our old unit. Overalll, this is a very nice microwave. Looks sleek and works well.
